Chemical-technical assistant (m/f/d)

starting as soon as possible for two years initially in the field of

Organic synthesis and purification of starting materials for natural product synthesis.

Our requirements
  • Strong interest in synthetic and analytical chemistry
  • Experience with basic organic transformations (removal/introduction of protective groups, reduction, oxidations)
  • Purification of organic substances by column chromatography and HPLC
  • Basic chemical-analytical techniques: Mass spectrometry, NMR
Further would be an advantage:
  • Experience in solid phase synthesis (e.g. peptide synthesis)
  • Experience in the synthesis of chiral/enantiomerically pure substances
  • Evaluation and interpretation of analytical data: NMR, MS
  • Syntheses on a medium or large scale
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Good English language skills, team spirit, structured and independent way of working
