Laboratory Technician / Technical Assistant (f/div/m)

for 2 years initially with a possibility of extension. The starting date is flexible.

The job profile includes the organization of the laboratory, ordering reagents, isolation of human immune cells from blood and tissue, cell culture, preparation of cell culture media, freezing cells, interaction with clinical collaborators (sample collection, scheduling sample shipments), western blot, flow cytometry.

We expect:

  • Completed training as a biology laboratory technician or comparable qualification.

  • Very good specialist knowledge and practical experience in standard lab techniques such as sterile cell culture and biochemistry techniques.

  • Reliable and thoughtful way of working and great organizational skills.

  • Strong initiative, communication, and team skills.

  • Very good communication skills in English.
